Pride and Prejudice

Merry Christmas to those who come across this post. The Pride and Prejudice shot was the result of my first outing with the Canon 7D.  Mary, the model, and I experimented with a variety of poses and setups before stumbling across this one. She glanced away for just a second (probably ready to go home lol), and I stole the moment I didn't know I was looking for.

In terms of direction, "My Life Story" was one of my favorite projects 0f 2010. I thought the visuals really matched the heart of the song.  We had a small crew and lost a c-stand in the process, but I think the end result was worth it.

The Second Line Wedding is perhaps the best photo I took in 2010.  I consider this photograph the standout in my first professional job as a wedding photographer.  I captured the shot during the height of the celebration. The newly joined families merged with French Quarter onlookers to create a moment that is exclusively New Orleans.
