About Me

amerigocatalanotto
I was born and raised in Hammond, Louisiana. After changing my major 5 times, I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing. I worked two years at the Southeastern Channel and Charter Media before being accepted into the MFA Film Production Program at the University of New Orleans. After making several award winning narrative films and music videos, I graduated with distinction. Currently, I am busier than I could have ever anticipated. I work as a video/image consultant for the Livingston Parish government, a commercial director for the Livingston Parish firefighter departments, police departments, and their "A Great Place to Call Home" series. I'm also preparing a feature length documentary for the Walker fire department.
